Brother Brad Beckett joins us today to share a lesson entitled, “The Humility of Christ”.

The sermon’s goal was to show that Jesus’ humility was not incidental but central to His character and mission. From His lowly birth and upbringing, through His ordinary labor and servant-minded ministry, to His washing of the disciples’ feet and His death on the cross, Jesus willingly lowered Himself to serve and save. The practical goal was to call Christians to reject pride, status-seeking, self-serving use of gifts, and refusal to serve, and instead imitate Christ’s humility in real service to others.
