Kyle and Roger shared lessons this past Sunday while Abe was traveling. Roger’s lesson was entitled “Roll ‘Em!” focusing on the old-time video cameras that were being used when Charlie Chaplin’s was acting and producing movies in the early 1920s. The cameraman really had to ‘roll ’em’ to record the live action!
The lesson then focused on our lives and how we are a living movie, taking in movies of life all around us. Some good, but lots bad. He talked about the media and the religion they promote so often, the religion of Humanism.
Kyle’s lesson focused on the Bible and how science supports and proves so much of the what the Bible has claimed for thousands of years. All of the good that science has done for humanity, so much of what they know and have learned testifies to our faith in the book we know as the Word of God.
