I got the video below from a sister at our congregation and liked it enough to share it on our site. Her husband had shared it with her and others.

It is refreshing to see folks in society admit that much of what our nation was built on, even if reaction is somewhat involuntary, is due to faith, belief in God, and recognizing that we subject ourselves to laws not because we see the officers of law, but because many of us know that we have a Higher Power demanding we behave.

Romans 13:1 – “Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God.”

I’ll say it every time, either we and all there is came from a vacuum of nothingness, or we were created by design. One answer is foolish and void of understanding, the other requires learning about that Designer, and following the Designer’s plan.
