Today, guest speaker Ben Berry and his wife visited with us. Ben presented lessons on “Knowing Satan”.
How much do we really know about the devil? We may know some of the names used in scripture for who he is. We see the photos and art that many have created to depict who the devil is as on this page. We know that he tempted Eve, Job, and Jesus. But does he really have horns? Does he have cloven hooves? What about that pitchfork we see so often, where did that come from? Is it the art or the person of Satan, the devil, we need to be wary of?
We know that he is a problem for all who try to serve God and Christ. So what should we look-out for and what can we do to overcome him?
