In Marvin’s lesson today, entitled “Keeping the Hearth Healthy”, he takes on the role of spiritual heart doctor to give us some advice… First, we have an adversary who is always against us. Our thoughts and words originate in our hearts. So what is their condition? Do we understand and know God’s Word? Are our hearts pure or defiled? We need to set our affections on God and trust in him. Like our human hearts, if we don’t care for our spiritual heart, it can kill us.
