• In this lesson, we will discuss the deity of the Holy Spirit in the scriptures and how He has always had a part in the lives of people and their salvation.
• The word spirit can have several meanings in the Hebrew and the Greek.
• Context is important when studying the Holy Spirit.
• There is one God, but three distinct Beings in the Godhead.
• As we look at the scriptures, both old and new, we find this taught.
• We may not fully understand this because we are limited in thought or fully able to express this since we are limited to what is revealed, but we can know this because of revelation.
