Scott Gravitt joined us at Waynesville for the first time today to share a lesson he titled, “Flexing”. We’ve all had fun in our lives making our biceps stand tall and try to impress others with our arm strength, or the size of our muscles, especially if we really have worked out to be strong! So what does flexing muscles suggest?
