Kyle presented a lesson today on Mistakes. Something ALL of us have made in our lives as noted at the start of his lesson from James 3:2.
The Bible confirms how even the “best” of those noted in the Bible also fall to Mistakes, including Adam, Eve, Abram, Mosts, David, Jacob, and Jonah. We see that if Demas is the same person in all the passages that Kyle shares, he goes from a friend of Paul and Luke to one who abandons them.
Some of the churches in Revelation have good things noted but fail in other places.
But while mistakes are something we all fail in, we are told not to focus on other people’s mistakes when our own problems are far more severe.
So what can we do? First, forgive others for their mistakes. Mistakes like Kyle put into his lesson, just to see how those in attendance reacted to them.
